The updates weren’t very clear, and I felt confused about what was going on. I would’ve appreciated better communication, and I do think an apology would be fair considering how unclear the whole experience was.

I ordered a few polos with our logo, and at first glance they look good. The colors are close to what we wanted, and if you’re just seeing the shirts from a normal distance, the stitching comes across fine.
Reading between the lines, though, it feels like the job was done well enough but not with a ton of attention to detail. Up close, a few of the letters look a little fuzzy, and one shirt had a loose thread hanging off it. Not a disaster by any means, and shipping was fine, but for the price I was hoping the embroidery would be a bit cleaner.

"Made the reunion shirts a lot less stressful"
I used Custom Ink for our family reunion shirts, and the group order link made things so much smoother. Everyone could pick their own size and pay separately, which... let’s just say saved me from chasing people down. The shirts arrived when they were supposed to and looked like the preview, so no surprises there. I’d use them again.

The website looks good, I’ll say that, but actually using it was not so smooth for me. When I was trying to edit my design, it kept lagging in a weird way and I had to do the same things over again a few times, which was annoying. Checkout was okay and didn’t really give me problems, but making the shirt took way more time than I thought it should have.

I was disappointed when the shirt showed up. The color looked a lot darker online, so I expected it to match what was promised in the photos, but in person it was noticeably different. It’s still wearable, but not really what I thought I was ordering.

"Decent shirts, but the packaging needs work"
My order got here on time, which I appreciated, but the box was banged up and one of the shirt bags was ripped open. Thankfully, the shirts themselves weren’t damaged, but it definitely wasn’t the best first impression.
The prints looked good and the shirts were okay overall, but for the price, I expected the packaging to be a lot cleaner and more secure. I’d probably order again if they fix that, but if it happens next time, I may have to look somewhere else.

Custom Ink has a solid selection overall. I was able to find the usual basics like shirts, hoodies, and hats without much trouble, and there were plenty of colors to choose from.
That said, some of the styles I actually wanted were either missing or only available in limited sizes. A few of the nicer items also felt pricey. It works fine if you need standard stuff, but the whole experience felt a little impersonal, like I was just a ticket number moving through the system.

I’m probably a little biased because I’ve had good luck with them before, but this was exactly what I needed. The sizes I wanted were actually in stock, and I got my shirts ordered really quickly without any hassle.

"Consistent fit, but communication could be clearer"
I’ve ordered from them a few times now, and the shirt sizing has been consistent every time, which I really appreciate. No random fits or weird surprises when the package shows up. The only thing that annoyed me a bit was that the communication wasn’t always super clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with updates. Still, I’m pretty happy with the shirts overall.

"Pretty comfy shirts overall"
I ordered a few custom shirts from Custom Ink, and umm, I was actually pretty happy with how they turned out. The fabric was softer than I expected. They’re not super thick or anything, but they’re comfortable enough to wear all day. One of the shirts did feel a little different from the others, but it wasn’t a big deal. The print looked nice too. I’d give it 4 stars because the comfort was good overall, just not totally perfect.

"Checkout is quick and easy"
I just place my order on Custom Ink and the checkout was easy. I could see the total, the shipping choices, and where I need to put my info without getting confused. There wasn’t any weird surprise at the end, which I really liked. It only take me a few minutes to finish everything. So far, it was a good experience.
